About Jennifer Loesch
Our Story
Before I was a Reiki Healer, I was a Tech Recruiter in the SF Bay area for 17 years, supporting start-up, mid-level, to enterprise businesses in the Cloud Communications/IT Services, Telecom, AI, Education, Aerospace & Defense, Start-up, Cybersecurity , and Consulting industries. I moved into career coaching on a part-time basis over 3 years ago at the same time as being full-time in the Reiki business.
Having the experience on the hiring side has helped me to become a stronger career coach to help those that are looking for a new job or looking to pivot into a new career. I have helped numerous clients on gaining more confidence after being laid off, to learning how to negotiate offers, or teach them how to effectively interview.
I am currently a Career Transition Consultant with Lee Hecht Harrison where I am helping clients who have been laid off from major companies such as Intel, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, Google, US Bank, Visa, and Chegg.
