Spiritual retreat: Release, reconnect, and Renew (Kauai)

Tuesday – September 17th, 2024 (Travel Day)

4:30pm – 6:30pm - Welcome Reception, Welcome Gift, Meet the Retreat team, other Retreat members, pupus (appetizers) 

9:00pm – 10:00pm – (optional) Jennifer Loesch, Brett Cole (wife/husband) Full Moon Release Ceremony at the Firepit

Start the retreat with a fireside Full Moon Release Ceremony and meet us at the firepits. The Full Moon Release Ceremony is focused on releasing what no longer serves us, learning about the moon cycle, holding sacred space via energy healing, meditation, journaling, and handing out a good dose of supportive vibes to those looking to "let go" with other like-minded folks. We’ll close the ceremony with shamanic drumming, affirmations, and a gratitude prayer. September 17th lands on a Harvest Moon, lunar eclipse (not visible in Hawaii), supermoon, and Moon in Pisces.

We’ll start with light heart-focused breathing and have group discussions on self-love/self-care techniques and journal. We’ll learn Ho’oponopono, an ancient Hawaiian spiritual practice that means 'to make things right'. Hoʻoponopono is a simple, yet incredibly powerful practice that can create great change in your life, mend relationships and wipe the slate clean. This healing practice draws on the forces of repentance, forgiveness, gratitude, and love. We’ll close with group Reiki healing.

11:00am – 12:00pm – “Connect to Your Higher Self” 

Learn more about the Higher Self and how it connects to our own spiritual evolution, strengthens our intuition, and opens our imagination. Sometimes we get lost on our path and we need help from our Higher Self to steer us back on track. Receive your own messages from your Higher Self or see a past life during a “Higher Self” guided meditation.

9:00am – 4:00pm,  Join us at Ho'opi' i Waterfalls and Anini Beach , (snacks/drinks provided; lunch not included) OR go your own way and make your way to Waimea Canyon, North Shore, or Lydgate Beach.

Experience the magical land and healing in mother Kauai . All-day adventure starts with a waterfall hike followed by a healing and cleansing trip to Anini beach where we will snorkel, allow the ocean waves and water to heal us, and be our mermaid selves.
